If there is indeed a brownie heaven I'm there!! Looks very good. I have been known to devour an entire cake from bits that fell off when I was cutting a slice!

Kelly-Jane

Stunning! Well done! Now I hope there is a slice with my name on it :)

Lorraine@italianfoodies

La Cucina will miss you Ms Laura!! No pretty cupcakes for a week!!

Helen

Looks absolutely fantastic. I'd have a slice (or 2) of that!

Pauline Boland

There really are no words to describe this cake but I'll give it a go. Yes people I have sampled a piece of Brownie heaven, although I did have to share my piece with our cousin until Laura caught up with the demand for this cake at the dinner table. It is the perfect mix of brownie, chocolate and coffee, my three favourite things in the world. Suffice it to say this cake was devoured and there were many satisfied people a few of whom I'm sure went back for seconds after we left Galway!!

Laura, this is luscious!

And congratulations on HHDD - well deserved!

cheryl

That is like the most perfect slice I have ever seen. You cut slices lovely. It looks creamy and chocolately and absolutely sinful.

Congrats on HHDD, I loved your creation the minute I saw it.

Lisa

Congrats on HHDD!!! I absolutely knew, without a doubt in my mind and before seeing anyone else's submissions, that yours would win - it was that awesome. =))

As for this.. are you seriously trying to kill me? How can you show off something as luscious as that cake and live so fakkin' far away from me?? So NOT FAIR.

Lovely cake (as if I had to say it) and your picture is stunning as always. =)

PS - I heart your spellchecker - it cracks me up. :D

Congrats on HHDD! All I can say about that cake is that it's probably a good thing I live on another continent. Otherwise I'd be banging down your door for a taste ;-))

Totally, completely, lip-smackingly gorgeous. But I'm glad your kitchen is the one that had to make it since I'm still finding chocolate in places I overlooked after my last excursion in cooking with chocolate.

Congrats on the HHDD win! I'll look forward to the next challenge since I didn't quite make this one :/

joey

That cake looks simply to die for! :) Congratulations on winning HHDD! Can't wait to see what theme you pick for the next round :)

barbara

Congratulations Laura. I'm looking forward to seeing the theme you choose.

Jerry

I'm not a fan of coffee or espresso, but this looks to good to pass up honestly!

Dolores

This looks gorgeous! And congrats on HHDD!

Morven

mmmmmmm - it looks delectably silky smooth - oh and chocolately too :-)

Congratulations on winning HHDD. Can't wait to see what you choose for the next round.

Grainne

God that cake looks divine just oozing calories.
Congratulations on HHDD Caesar Salad win. A superb amuse-bouche worthy of any Master-chef competition. Good work.
Cheers
